General English - intermediate - once a week

The course is led by a Czech lecturer

• You will expand your vocabulary with an emphasis on phrases and phrases really used in contemporary English.
• You will improve your grammar and you will be able to use it naturally in everyday situations.
• You will gain fluency and spontaneity in oral expression.
• You will rapidly improve your listening skills.
• You will be able to respond competently to various types of written communication.
• You will improve your orientation in working with the text and its understanding.

• 2 lessons once a week from 16:30 to 18:00.
• The maximum number of students per course is 8. Thanks to this, each student will have enough space to express themselves. This ensures a high intensity of conversation.
• In every 90 minutes, all aspects of the English language will be practiced: conversation, reading, writing, listening, vocabulary and pronunciation, grammar and phrases.
• The lecturer will try to communicate with you as much as possible in English.
• if you do not understand something, they will explain grammar or a new vocabulary in Czech.
• There will be two main tests during the course, half-yearly and final. Their goal is for you to receive feedback on the results of your studies. After agreement with the lecturer, it is possible to test more often.

The output of the course is a certificate from the Academy of English language school, which will state your language level and the scope of the course. This course does not end with an exam.
