General Terms and Conditions
1. Application of conditions
These "General Terms and Conditions" govern the regime of relations between the customer and
ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o., with its registered office at Karol Šmidkeho 1819/1, Ostrava - Poruba,
708 00, IČO: 05889065, Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava,
Section C, Insert 69750 (hereinafter referred to as “ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o.”)
courses, seminars and trainings (hereinafter collectively referred to as "events")

2. Order
We accept orders to participate in individual events through online applications at ours
website, by e-mail or by telephone. Incoming applications are classified according to the deadline
delivery. After receiving the order, the customer will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail.
3. Substitutes
In case of exceeding the capacity of the event, the customer can register as a substitute. If ACADEMY OF
ENGLISH s.r.o. finds that a place has become available, the customer will be contacted and the vacancy
he will be offered.
4. Price
The prices of events in the e-shop are contractual and include VAT. The price of the event includes except
the fee for the event also the price of the necessary documents and materials, the use of technical equipment,
space reservations and, in the case of conferences, trainings and courses, may also include refreshments.
5. Payment
The registration fee is payable within 2 days after sending the online application, but no later than on
holding an event, unless ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o. with the customer otherwise. If not
the fee is paid on time, the order can be canceled and the place offered to other interested parties.
The customer can make the payment:
- by bank transfer to the account of ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o. No. 278705478/0300 under
the variable symbol indicated in the registration confirmation
- through the payment gateway
- on the basis of an advance invoice
- cash upon registration of participants before the event
Upon request, tax documents will be sent to participants via e-mail to
14 days after crediting the payment, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of cash payment is also possible
issue a simplified tax document directly at the venue.
Upon agreement, it is possible to pay the registration fee also on the basis of an advance invoice in EUR.
The price in EUR is determined on the basis of the conversion of the exchange rate (foreign exchange-sale) announced
CNB as at the date of issue of the advance invoice.
6. Delivery of goods
If you order via the e-shop, you will receive an "recapitulation of the purchase" by e-mail. If you
this "recapitulation" no later than the next working day after ordering does not come, there was no purchase
properly executed. If you order by e-mail, you will receive the order back
confirmed (usually by the next day).
The invitation to the selected event serves as a confirmation of registration. You will receive an invitation by e-mail
usually within 2 working days of ordering. If you do not receive it, please inquire if
your registration has been properly completed.
7. Cancellation
We accept all changes to orders and any cancellations only in writing. Free of charge
We accept cancellation no later than 5 working days before the start of the event. If you have already
paid, we will refund your full payment. After this deadline and if the participant
without a written apology, he is obliged to pay the full price. The course fee is in this case
does not return, it is not possible to move to another date or the participant is not entitled to other compensation.
However, we accept a replacement.
8. Cancel the action
ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel the event for organizational, operational reasons
or capacity reasons. In this case, all registered customers will be promptly
informed by telephone or e-mail. If the customer has already paid the registration fee, he will offer
mu ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o. another date, or the customer may request a refund
registration fee.
9. Protection of work
All documents and materials provided during the event, which meet the characteristics of copyright
works within the meaning of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, on Rights Related to Law
copyright and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, are copyrighted
protected. None or any part of the documents may be without prior written consent
of ACADEMY OF ENGLISH s.r.o. further processed by the customer in any way,
copied, distributed, commercially used or used for public presentations.
10. Protection of personal data
The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by law
No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, address
residence, identification number, tax identification number, e - mail address, telephone number
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller, for the purpose of exercising the rights
and obligations under the purchase agreement and for the purpose of maintaining a user account. Unless the buyer chooses another
possibility, agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller also for the purpose of sending
information and commercial communications to the buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data throughout
scope under this article is not a condition that would in itself preclude the conclusion of a purchase
contracts.
The buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (when registering, in his user
account, when ordering from the web interface of the store) state correctly and truthfully and that
is obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of a change in his personal
data.
Personal data will be processed indefinitely. Personal data will be processed
in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner
way.
The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he has been informed that it is
on the voluntary provision of personal data.
In the event that the buyer believes that the seller or processor performs
processing of his personal data, which is contrary to the protection of private and personal life
buyer or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with respect to
the purpose of their processing may:
- ask the seller or processor for an explanation,
- require the seller or processor to remedy the situation thus created.
If the buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged
pass this information on. The seller has the right to provide information according to the previous sentence
demand an appropriate remuneration not exceeding the cost of providing the information.
